Project Boosting export development of Salinta UAB (Nr. VP2-2.1-ŪM-04-K-02-119)
UAB Salinta is carrying out the project “Boosting export development of Salinta UAB” partially funded by the European Union. The Project is carried out according to the Instrument New Opportunities of the Priority 2 Increasing Business Productivity and Improving Environment for Business of the Lithuanian Operational Programme on Economic Growth for 2007-2013. The Project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Aim of the project is to increase UAB Salinta sales in foreign markets. The following tasks are to be performed during the project implementation: preparation of marketing tools introducing the products to the foreign market (handout marketing material, specialized equipment and facilities ), participation in international expositions. Project start: 11 April 2011. Project duration: up to 24 months. Project value: 106.887,00 Lt. Successful implementation of the project is expected to increase corporate turnover, work effectiveness, and export volumes as well as to improve corporate image in the international market which in turn shall strengthen the competitive advantage of UAB Salinta.
Project Increasing Work Effectiveness during Business Management System Implementation (No. VP2-2.1-ŪM-02-K-01-148) On 22 February 2010, UAB Salinta has signed a contract on funding and administration of the Project Increasing Work Effectiveness during Business Management System Implementation according to the Instrument E-business LT of the Priority 2 Increasing Business Productivity and Improving Environment for Business of the Lithuanian Operational Programme on Economic Growth for 2007-2013. Project value – LTL 280.000,00. The Project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Using the project funding, a special business management application system will be created and implemented integrating the major corporate internal and external processes including production management, resource management, staff management, sale management, accounting management, order management, and material ordering. The e-business solutions implemented will allow for effective planning of production process, clear formulation of tasks to the staff, optimal utilization of production equipment, speeding up order realization without affecting quality level, and operational data analysis. Successful implementation of the project is expected to optimize corporate activity, increase work effectiveness and stimulate turnover and export growth.
Project UAB Salinta Export Market Development (No. S-VP2-2.1-ŪM-04-K-01-207) UAB Salinta is carrying out the project UAB Salinta Export Market Development partially funded by the European Union. The Project is carried out according to the Instrument New Opportunities of the Priority 2 Increasing Business Productivity and Improving Environment for Business of the Lithuanian Operational Programme on Economic Growth for 2007-2013. The Project is funded by the European Regional Development Fund. Aim of the project is to increase UAB Salinta sales in foreign markets. The following tasks are to be performed during the project implementation: foreign market research, preparation of marketing tools introducing the products to the foreign market (brochures, promotion CDs, website), participation in international expositions, preparation of corporate export strategy. Project start: 7 December 2009. Project duration: up to 16 months. Project value: 217.777,00 Lt. Successful implementation of the project is expected to increase corporate turnover, work effectiveness, and export volumes as well as to improve corporate image in the international market which in turn shall strengthen the competitive advantage of UAB Salinta.
